Role Overview:

As the Project Manager within NEXEL PARTNERS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of client projects, from initiation to completion, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations are established from the outset.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guide project execution and ensure milestones are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to effectively execute project tasks and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders on key metrics, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews and post-mortems with clients to gather feedback, assess project outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of managing client projects from initiation to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
