SAP S/4HANA RISE – HCM / SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will bridge complex human capital management requirements with cloud-based SAP Success Factors solutions, within the regulatory and cultural landscape of the Middle East. You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Success Factors modules, ensuring alignment with HR maturity, labor law localization, and operational realities across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 1–2 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central focused), from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
  • Conduct business workshops in Arabic and English, translating HR requirements into functional specifications
  • Configure and support Core HR, Employee Central, and Talent modules (PMGM, RCM, LMS)
  • Ensure compliance with Middle Eastern labor laws and regulations, including GOSI / SIO, nationalization programs, and regional benefits structures
  • Manage integration between Success Factors and SAP HCM / FICO for payroll posting and cost center management
  • Oversee data migration of employee master data and historical records using Info porter or O Data APIs
  • Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to drive high user adoption

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HR / Success Factors experience
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) plus at least one Talent module (PMGM, RCM, or LMS)
  • Participation in 1–2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Fluent Arabic & English (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
  • SAP Success Factors Employee Central Certification (mandatory / preferred)
