About This Role

About the Role We are hiring an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with a strong focus on S/4HANA Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) to join our growing consulting practice. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in end-to-end project delivery across SAP transformations, particularly in S/4HANA environments. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients across sectors streamline operations, enhance financial controls, and optimize supply chain and production processes. You will lead or support SAP project lifecycles—from requirement gathering and design through deployment and stabilization.

  • Lead or support S/4HANA implementations and rollouts across FI, MM, and Production modules.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Configure SAP modules and oversee integration points across finance, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
  • Drive key phases of project delivery including design, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, integrations) to ensure solution integrity.
  • Contribute to project planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices and innovations within S/4HANA.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant with proven delivery on S/4HANA projects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following modules: FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and plan-to-produce.
  • Experience delivering full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrades in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in FI, MM, or PP is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of integration with other modules such as SD, WM, or CO.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps, SAP Activate methodology, and modern project delivery tools.
  • Experience working with multinational or government clients is a plus.
  • Fluency in [English + Optional Local Language].
