AI Product Manager / AI Project Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven AI Product Manager / Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to help shape, deliver, and scale AI-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical delivery, and client engagement. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and clients to bring innovative AI products and features from concept to launch.

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from ideation to deployment and iteration.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices to inform product decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or project management roles, preferably in AI, data science, or software development.
  • Proven track record in managing AI/ML or data-driven products/projects.
  • Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to lead without authority.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Technical background or education in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, generative AI, or LLM integration is a plus.
  • Product or project certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO) is an advantage.
